Who we are

Mike Hammond is the founder & Managing Director of MPH Advisory and is a Board member and advisor to numerous companies both in the UK and Internationally.
Professional Qualifications:
Mike holds a BA (Hons) in European Business from Middlesex Business School London, the first European Union sponsored business program.
A Diplome d’ Etudes Superieures Europeennes de Management from L’Ecole Superieure de Commerce (ESC) Reims, France.
These were complimented with studies at The London Business School. He is a fully accredited Non-Executive Director through the post graduate FT Non-Executive Director Diploma program.

Executive search firm Kingsley Gate Partners has announced an investment from Crescent Cove Advisors. A company statement said: This partnership will fuel the firm’s growth through further global expansion, increase recruitment and development of the organisational leadership, and accelerate investment in its leading talent acquisition and artificial intelligence software
Umesh Ramakrishnan, one of Kingsley Gate Partners’ co-founders, has been appointed CEO:
